On World Sight Day, Mr Rob Daniel was a guest on the Frank Mitchell Show on U105, discussing the importance of Eye Health and intentionally taking steps to look after our eyes.
World Sight Day is an International Day of Awareness, held annually on the second Thursday of October. This year, World Sight Day was Thursday, 13 October 2022. World Sight Day is coordinated by the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB).
World Sight Day is a reminder to you, to love your eyes and an invitation to think about the importance of your eye health, how you can protect it and keep it healthy now and long into the future.

Nearly everyone on the planet will experience an eye health issue in their lifetime, however, more than a billion people worldwide do not have access to the services they need to see clearly.
The #LoveYourEyes campaign encourages individuals to prioritise their own eye health whilst advocating for accessible, affordable and available eye care the world over.
